Dallas ISD Workforce Development Scholarship Amount: $2,000 Eligibility: High school seniors graduating from Dallas ISD accepted to a university or community college in an architecture, interior design, or engineering program. Minimum 3.0 GPA Requirements: To apply, complete the application form and submit two letters of recommendation, a 500-word personal essay, and at least one work sample. 1. Texas Elks State Association Amount: $1,000 Eligibility: Any graduating Texas high school student.
