Dallas ISD Workforce Development Scholarship Amount: $2,000 Eligibility: High school seniors graduating from Dallas ISD accepted to a university or community college in an architecture, interior design, or engineering program. Minimum 3.0 GPA Requirements: To apply, complete the application form and submit two letters of recommendation, a 500-word personal essay, and at least one work sample. Deadline: February 13, 2026 Northwestern Mutual Childhood Cancer Sibling Scholars
1. Texas Elks State Association Amount: $1,000 Eligibility: Any graduating Texas high school student. Requirements: Fill out a short application form and write a 250-word essay recounting a time you faced a challenge or setback but showed perseverance and “true grit.” Deadline: January 30, 2026 2.
